Your Mission

Manage and expand an assigned portfolio of B2B clients by driving revenue growth through proactive upselling, cross-selling and opportunity detection, while contributing to incremental new business generation when required.

🔍Your Main Responsibilities Portfolio Growth & Protection

  • Manage and energize an existing portfolio of clients.

  • Detect expansion opportunities before they become requests.

  • Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase account value.

  • Proactively identify churn risks and transform them into loyalty arguments.

🎯Commercial Drive & Opportunity Creation

  • Contribute to new business generation depending on team structure.

  • Lead commercial conversations and negotiations with key stakeholders.

  • Maintain clear revenue targets and accountability for portfolio performance.

🧠 Data-Driven Selling

  • Interpret business figures and performance metrics to build strong commercial arguments.

  • Use CRM with discipline to forecast accurately and detect growth opportunities.

  • Monitor account performance and propose actions based on data insights.

🌍 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align client needs with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.

  • Ensure smooth internal coordination to maximize client lifetime value.

🚀 What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management.

  • Experience in SaaS, loyalty, incentives or corporate benefits is a plus.

  • Strong commercial mindset with ownership of revenue targets.

  • Ability to balance relationship management with growth ambition.

  • Comfortable working in target-driven environments.
