1. Merchant and Offer Operations:
• Assist in the onboarding, updating, and maintenance of digital offers and partner campaigns inside our platform.
• Monitor expirations, test and manage merchants, promotions, and promotional codes, and ensure correct content visibility for end-users.
• Support vendors onboarding and training, handle claim resolution, and day-to-day coordination.
• Help manage incentives catalogues and stocks for incentives programs or special campaigns.
2. Campaigns Management:
• Collaborate on writing texts, uploading banners, selecting featured offers, and maintaining editorial consistency.
• Create special campaigns and vertical projects, tailoring content by audience or theme.
• Schedule and configure content rankings and newsletter campaigns using internal tools.
3. Quality Control & UX Testing:
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of platform content across mobile and desktop.
• Moderate user comments and feedback, and run periodic platform tests to improve user journeys.
• Identify areas for improvement based on performance metrics.
4. Competitive Benchmarking:
• Regularly analyze competitors’ offers and pricing strategies.
• Share market insights with commercial teams to inspire new opportunities.
• Experience or education in digital marketing, customer success, business operations, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to adapt to new platforms quickly.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Curious mindset, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
• Languages: Portuguese (native/proficient) and English (high level required). Spanish is a plus.
